We must receive the original packaging and product (at least half full) within 30 calendar days of original date of purchase in order to process your refund. Customers are responsible for ensuring their returns are received by Emmanueala Cosmetics within the 30 day return period. Without exception, returns received after 30 days will not be refunded. Please note that regardless of when a return request is submitted below, if the returned item(s) are not received within the 30 day period, the return will not be honored.
Otherwise, we issue full refunds for product(s) returned within 30 days.
We only accept returns for items purchased through
www.emmanuelacosmetics.com. If you purchased an Emmanueal Cosmetics item from a retail partner, please contact that retailer directly.
To complete your return:
Pack up the items in a shipping box (it’s best to use the one the item(s) were mailed to you in).
Include a copy of your packaging slip with your return. If you don’t have a packing slip, please include the following information with your return:
- Full Name
- Email address
- Telephone number
- Emmanuela Cosmetics order confirmation number
- A note about why you’re returning the item(s)
REFUNDS
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and are processing your refund. The refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days of Emmanuela Cosmetics receiving returned item(s).

EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at
info@emmanuelacosmetics.com for further instructions.
Please note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
